What is the best part about working in the field of STEM?

It's an exciting time to be in STEM, with all industries investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence (AI). There is plenty of opportunity to apply your strong technical expertise but also foster your artistic and creative skills in solving complex problems as organizations are working to figure out how they can best leverage AI to maximize business value.

What advice would you give young women interested in a career in STEM?

Stay connected with the industry through your peers, colleagues, friends and community. Beyond your defined job role, volunteer some of your time to support internal initiatives as an investment in your career. The connections you make and the perspectives you gain through these activities are invaluable.
