When did your love of STEM begin?

My love of STEM began when I was a child watching my dad weld in his shop. I grew up knowing I wanted to be a welder.

What is the best part about working in the field of STEM?

I feel like the best part of working in STEM is being able to be hands on. I enjoy having a physical and ever changing job.

What advice would you give young women interested in a career in STEM?

Some advice I would give young women interested in a career in STEM would be to go for it! Don't let anyone or anything determine the path you want to take. You may experience difficult tasks or difficult days but the end goal is worth it all.
