When did your love of STEM begin?

High school when I was taking biology and chemistry. As soon as I entered high school, I knew that it was for me! I took all math courses and most science courses (although physics was never for me).

What is the best part about working in the field of STEM?

Every single day I can learn something knew and feel challenged to change the lives of people.

What advice would you give young women interested in a career in STEM?

Never give up. You can do it, you can learn hard math you can excel in science. Don’t let anyone say you can’t do it, reach for the stars and take nothing less!!
