When did your love of STEM begin?

When I finally realized how much STEM actually explains all the stuff happening around us, I was like "whoa!" It's everywhere, and the more I learned about it, the more I loved it.

What is the best part about working in the field of STEM?

One of the coolest things about working in the STEM field is that you get to be a part of the forefront of innovation and discovery. You don't have to be the one making the groundbreaking advancements all by yourself - even being a small part of the team that contributes to a major breakthrough can be incredibly rewarding. It's an amazing feeling to know that your work is helping someone achieve truly great things.

What advice would you give young women interested in a career in STEM?

To stay patient and stay the course! Building a career in STEM can be a wild ride with plenty of ups and downs, but trust me, it's all worth it in the end. You've probably heard it a million times, but it's true - perseverance pays off big time in this field. Keep grinding and the rewards will come.
